Meet The Team
Kelly was a Union carpenter for 13 years and along with his wife, Tammy, has owned Eagle Home Inspections for almost 20 years. He has extensive knowledge in home construction and repair. He taught commercial carpentry, through community college, at the Carpenters’ Training Center for the union apprenticeship. Through the years, he has bought, fixed up, and sold several homes.He is a certified real estate inspector (ACI) through ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Kelly is a Level 1 Certified Infrared Thermographer that he attained through the Infraspection Institute. He served in the U.S. Navy and was on the USS Tennessee, SSBN 734, a Trident II submarine. He is an avid runner and ultra marathoner that completes 2 or 3 marathons as well as a few ultramarathon races each year. In 2018, he ran the Burning River 100 mile race as well as the Laurel Highland Ultra 70 mile race. Fair warning, don’t ask him about running unless you have time to talk! This training and life experience through the years, along with his continuing thirst to learn more make him the right choice as your inspector.
Tammy runs the office, handles the scheduling and day to day operations, and handles the marketing. She is a licensed real estate agent, but spends all of her time involved with Eagle Home Inspections and our three boys. Tammy is my high school sweetheart, my incredible wife, and the reason that we have grown as much as we have through the years. She is always happy and cheerful on the phone and will do whatever she can to help our clients and customers alike.

Jon, like all of our inspectors, has been personally trained by Kelly. He is a very knowledgable inspector and truly cares about each of our clients and always does a great job. He takes time to go over all of the issues that he finds and does not rush through the inspection. Jon is married to an incredible wife and has a young daughter and son that are the most important things in life to him.
